Discount Tire

Been a customer for a long time. Always professional and working hard. Not always good news but the right news. Not pushy. Recommended and I have them helping my kids…… that tells you something.

Great experience with Luis! I was honestly dreading getting my tires rotated, but Luis completely turned my day around. He was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me when I needed to electronically send him my key so he could access my car. He kept me informed throughout the process, communicated exceptionally well, and made everything so easy. Outstanding customer service, but even more importantly, he's a genuinely wonderful person. Thank you, Luis!

I’ve been taking our cars here for 20+ years. Always good service even when they’ve made mistakes over the years.. But over the last year, they’ve gone from good to excellent the 3-4 times I’ve visited. The staff has been super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The quality of work has been excellent and the wait times have improved as well. Thank you and keep up the good work. Cheers!

I have only previously had experience with the Noblesville location where everyone is generally helpful and decent. My daughter went to the Carmel location for an alignment because she was on that side of town, and the guys over there completely took advantage of a young girl that did not know what to ask or what is appropriate for her car's history. They sold her new tires that replaced 1 yr old tires with less than 1/3 of the guaranteed miles on them. So either the tires they're selling are a complete scam or the men selling them are. Will not set foot in Carmel's Discount Tire ever again and am seriously reconsidering the company as a whole.

Caught a nail in may tire. Other shops said it would be a week just to plug the tire. I have a full day of work with my truck. I called Discount Tire and they said they could take care of me. They had me in and out in 1 hour! Awesome service, great team of people. I took advantage and got some emails out at their workspace.
